Author's Notes: I can't seem to write drabbles without angst sneaking its way in.
Waspinator is painfully aware that everything has a physical breaking point. There'll come a time when metal rusts, joints creak and optic sensors weaken. Maybe, one day, there'll be an explosion too big for him to survive, too deadly to recover from.
He's also painfully aware that the mind, with all its coding and programming, is even weaker. Waspinator isn't the smartest bot around, but he's not the dumbest either. He knows both body and mind can only take so much abuse before snapping.
He's lost count of how many times he's been blown up. How many times he's been broken. How many times it took sheer willpower to stay alive. Losing Terrorsaur had been the worst.
Willpower keeps him alive, but Waspinator is so close to the breaking point, so sick of being used. He needs to save himself.
"No." That's all it takes.
